If there is one thing you need to hear today, it’s just start. Do whatever it is you want to be doing, do it.

Get fit? Go work out, don’t make it complicated just go do 20 squats, lunges, deadlifts, push ups, dips, pull ups and a plank finisher. No work out equipment required (maybe a chair and a swing set). Skip those. Do the others.

Art? Go paint, draw. sing, write. Whatever makes your heart sing.

Do anything that will progress you in the right direction. Pat yourself on the back and go to bed. Tomorrow, do it again. Maybe even share your accomplishemnt with friends.
